You will be welcomed at the Alejandro Velasco Astete Airport in Cusco by our TOP INKA TRAVEL team, who will be waiting with a sign bearing our company name for easy identification. We will then transfer you to your hotel, marking the beginning of the Cusco Mágico 6 Days / 5 Nights tour — an unforgettable experience full of history, culture, and breathtaking landscapes.

We will pick you up from your hotel around 12:40 PM to begin the city tour. During the tour, we will visit five major tourist attractions: Sacsayhuamán, Puka Pukara, Q’enqo, Tambomachay, and Qoricancha. The tour will end at approximately 6:30 PM.

DAY 02: Sacred Valley VIP + Transfer to Machupicchu Town

DAY 03: Machu Picchu

Early in the morning, we will meet with our guide and board the Consettur bus to take us to the Sanctuary of Machu Picchu. We will enjoy a 2-hour and 30-minute guided tour, exploring its breathtaking structures as the guide shares fascinating stories, architectural details, and the mysteries surrounding this majestic Inca city.

After the tour, we’ll take the bus back to Machupicchu Town, where you’ll have free time to explore or have lunch. Later, we will go to the train station to return to Ollantaytambo, where our driver will be waiting to take us back to Cusco.

DAY 04: Rainbow Mountain

Tour schedule: 4:30 AM – 5:00 PM

We will begin with pickup from your hotel and head to the town of Cusipata, where we’ll enjoy a delicious breakfast.

We will then continue for another hour to the checkpoint, where our hike to Rainbow Mountain begins.

The hike lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes until reaching the Vinicunca viewpoint (5,200 m.a.s.l.). From here, we will take in panoramic views of the colorful mountain as our guide shares insights into the geology, ecosystem, and cultural significance of this iconic site. You’ll also have free time to take photos and enjoy the scenery.

We will then hike back down to our transport and return to Cusipata for lunch. Finally, we will head back to Cusco, arriving around 5:00 PM.

DAY 05: Humantay Lagoon

We’ll start by picking you up from your hotel and heading to the town of Mollepata (2-hour drive), where we’ll enjoy a hearty breakfast.

Then, we’ll drive for another hour to Soraypampa, the starting point of our hike to Humantay Lagoon (4,200 m.a.s.l.). On the way up, we’ll enjoy stunning Andean landscapes.

Once we reach the lagoon, our guide will explain its geological and cultural importance. You’ll have time to take pictures, relax, and connect with nature.

Afterward, we’ll return along the same trail to Soraypampa, where our transport will take us back to Mollepata for a well-deserved lunch, before returning to Cusco (arrival at approximately 6:30 PM).
