Code Against ESNNA – Top Inka Travel, in compliance with Peruvian legislation, specifically Law N° 30802, which establishes measures to protect minors against sexual exploitation in tourism and hospitality, Top Inka Travel E.I.R.L. expresses its firm commitment to the fight against the Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (ESNNA) and adopts the following measures:

1. Commitment to the Prevention of ESNNA

Top Inka Travel E.I.R.L., as part of the tourism sector in Peru, commits to preventing any form of sexual exploitation of children and adolescents. This includes implementing protocols, training, and awareness activities for our employees, clients, and business partners.

2. Compliance with Legal Regulations

We operate under Law No. 30802 and the Peruvian Penal Code, which impose severe penalties for any act of child sexual exploitation. Any person found promoting, participating in, or covering up activities related to the sexual exploitation of minors will be reported to the competent authorities.

3. Staff Training

Our personnel are trained to identify and report suspected cases of child sexual exploitation (ESNNA). Additionally, all staff members have received instruction on national and international regulations protecting minors from these crimes.

4. Prohibition and Reporting

The entry of children and adolescents into our facilities for purposes of sexual exploitation is strictly prohibited. Any suspicious activity related to child sexual exploitation (ESNNA) will be immediately reported to the relevant authorities.

6. Client Awareness

We inform all clients that child sexual exploitation is a punishable crime. Through awareness campaigns and educational materials, we foster an environment where child protection is a shared responsibility.

7. Legal Consequences

Child sexual exploitation is severely punished under Peruvian law (Article 179 of the Penal Code), carrying imprisonment sentences. Our company commits to:
